COMMISSION SHEET
IMPORTANT
1 - ME, the artist, have the ownership of artworks. I have the right to:
★ Post the drawing on my social media
★ Use it as portifolio of my work
★ Sell merchandise [stickers, prints, etc] using the artwork [with the consent of the commissioner]
2 - Commissioners are allowed to:
★ Post the artwork with proper credits to the artist [me] in social media [Instagram]
★ Print the artwork for personal use
★ Claim rights to the character if it belongs to the commissioner, but not to the drawing itself
3 - Commissioners aren't allowed to:
★ Remove the watermark [every drawing comes with a watermark]
★ Sell the artwork [if it's not a commercial commission]
4 - COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS:
★ The commissioner is allowed to sell merchandise with the commissioned artwork
★ Commissioners are NOT allowed to remove the watermark with my username
★ The value will be equivalent to the base price multiplied by 3 (I accept negociations)

ORDERING and payment
1 - DM me on instagram or send me an e-mail to order a commission

2 - Provide at least one visual reference [it can be a rough sketch] - we will have a conversation about the illustration idea
3 - I'll send to the commissioner a monochromatic sketch for revision [the commissioner can change anything within the first agreement, or be awere of possible price changes]. After that, I must get paid to complete the artwork
4 - the payment can be done by two ways:
★ 50% after the first sketch and 50% after the finished artwork
★ 100% after the first sketch
5 - minor changes are acceptable after the finished line art

REFUNDS
★ I, the artist, have the right to decline commissions I don't feel comfortable with
★ the commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist [me] after the payment is done
[in both ways of payment, 50%/50% or 100%]
★ If the payment isn't done yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission
