COMMISSION SHEET

IMPORTANT

[1] ME, the artist, have the ownership of artworks. I have the right to:

- Post the drawing on my social media

- Use it as portifolio of my work

- Sell merchandise [stickers, prints, etc] using the artwork [with the consent of the commissioner if the character belongs to them]

[2] Commissioners are allowed to:

- Post the artwork with proper credits to the artist [me] in social media [Instagram + Twitter]

- Print the artwork for personal use

- Claim rights to the character if it belongs to the commissioner, but not to the drawing itself

[3] Commissioners aren't allowed to:

- Use the artwork for comercial purposes [selling it in any way is prohibited]

- Remove the watermark [every drawing comes with a watermark]

- Please, provide at least two visual references

- I'll send to the commissioner a monochromatic sketch for revision [the commissioner can change something, but only at this moment]. After that, I must get paid to complete the artwork

REFUNDS

- Me, the artist, have the right to decline commissions I don't feel comfortable with

- the commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist [me] after the payment is done

- If the payment isn't done yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission
